Celeste and her best friend Cece used to spend their nights lying on the grass gazing at the stars. Celeste showed Cece all the constellations and together they’d travel and get lost discovering new galaxies. Celeste was guided by the twinkle of the stars in the night sky, and the energy of the moon. She was a very wise woman.

The tea towels are made of cotton-linen. It’s a 100% natural blend fabric made from pesticide free natural yarn that is more environmentally friendly than paper towels.

Myrtle & Mary is a new luxury art, interiors and lifestyle brand where imagination is everything. Through each piece artwork, Belfast based artist Carrie Neely introduces a new character, and each character has a colourful and spirited story to tell. Myrtle & Mary were the names of Carrie’s grandmothers, and she loves to think of them creating their own kind of heaven, wherever they are. Each character is based on a family member, a friend, or is the product of creative intuition.

Carrie graduated with a BA Hons degree from the Belfast College of Art in 1997, and although she has a successful art consultancy and art gallery in Belfast called Art Loves, this is the first time in over 20 years that she has created something for herself.
